Our family is eternally grateful to Ivan Tait and his family for allowing us to serve at Casa Angelina for the past 3 and a half years. It has been one of the most life shaping experiences we've ever had. In December of 2008, we finished our service commitment to Casa Angelina. While it was a tough decision to leave, we are thankful for all that Ivan, his family and the staff and the orphans of Casa Angelina have poured into us and for the life long friendships we now have. Casa Angelina has changed our lives!
Casa Angelina is a 28 acre children's home in Central Guatemala that was founded by Ivan over 5 years ago. It's an incredibly beautiful sanctuary that's home to 60 little treasures that have been rescued from the streets and dumps of Guatemala. The site is constantly changing as home after home are constructed and more and more orphans are able to be rescued.
